My JSON import isn't working

9 times out of 10, the AI added explanation text before or after the JSON. Stackd needs only the JSON object — nothing else.

Quick checklist:

  • Make sure the paste starts with { and ends with }.
  • Strip any ```json code fences.
  • Ask the AI: "Output only valid JSON, no commentary."
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

All subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your name at the top.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Find Stackd and choose your plan or cancel.

Refunds are handled by Apple per their Media Services terms.

How do I export my data?

Open Stackd → Profile tab → Settings → Export Data. You can export programs, nutrition plans, and full session history as CSV.
