1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis and is intended as a tool to assist with — not replace — qualified medical, fitness, or nutrition advice.

3. Subscription terms

Stackd is a paid subscription app ($1.99 USD/month or $7.99 USD/year, or local equivalent). There is no free tier.

4. User responsibilities

You are responsible for:

5. Intellectual property

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stackd is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to training-related injuries or nutritional outcomes. Always consult a qualified professional.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
