4. User responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of any data you enter or import.
- Consulting a qualified professional before starting any new training or nutrition program.
- Complying with all applicable laws when using the Service.
- Not reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the app.
- Not using the Service to harass, defame, or violate the rights of others.
5. Intellectual property
Stackd, including its name, logo, design, and software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to data you create or import (workout programs, nutrition logs, etc.).
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stackd is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to training-related injuries or nutritional outcomes. Always consult a qualified professional.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app. Subscription cancellations are governed by Apple's terms.
